Judge Roberts replied Senator, my client is the Constitution. If the Constitution says the little guy should win, the little guy is going to win. If the Constitution says the big guy should win, the big guy is going to win. I am a judicial umpire.
larry d. June 25, 2011 at 9:04 pm: What's the matter with being pro business? Business provides jobs and goods and services. Business leads to health and prosperity. These buzzwords and assumptions and ideas that motivate progressives are always pretty idiotic on a fundamental level.
