Jason, well said on all accounts.

Michael, the Lewis stat was not necessarily meant to impress anyone, but just to show he's only 200 yards off last year's pace. That's not bad considering the start this team got.

Hopefully that stat on Jamal Lewis was not intended to "impress" anyone. 68-yards per game is hardly anything to boast about.

Cribbs' lack of performance this year is precisely why teams should not renegotiate contracts after one good season. Fluke? The jury is still out. Suffice to say, he is well-paid for what he's giving the Browns right now. And if Chicago wants to go bankrupt on Devin Hester, that's their problem.

I agree with Savage being in "over his head." He talks down to the media and fans, and absolutely is arrogant in his stance that Brady Quinn will not play. He's busy trying to cover his own butt, justifying the outrageous deal he gave to an inconsistent QB after one decent half of one season vs. the worst possible opponents.

Phil Savage is an arrogant no-nothing of immense proportion.

Does anyone else recall how he arrogantly stated in his pre-season press conference, after signing the worthless Derek Anderson to a 4-year bloated contract, how that "the Browns are not trading Derek Anderson. Period. Everybody got that?"

Yeah, Phil, we "GOT THAT." Just we "GOT THAT" there's no 2nd mystery illness, which you apparently were trying to foist upon K2 to conceal the staph.

I also recall how Romeo & you went ballistic on Mary Kay Cabot of the PD after she (accurately) reported that Juerevichs had an infection that would likely keep him sidelined for quite some time. Remember, Phil? We "GOT THAT," too.

Now….maybe YOU ought to "GET" something. You made mistakes with D.A., K2 and JJ. You made a mistake not even calling LeCharles when he could've died with staph. And YOU, Phil, are becoming the biggest joke in the Browns organization.
