Sorry, I couldn't resist. Seriously, I don't think the Cavs are going to lose this game, Arenas notwithstanding. Arenas playing might actually be better for the Cavs, as he's overrated and still coming off an injury, and could bring out Lebron's competitive streak if the two of them get chippy. You butt.
