Dennis Doverspike, Ph.D., ABPP, is a Full Professor of Psychology at the University of Akron, while also holding the titles of Director of the Center for Organizational Research and Senior Fellow of the Institute for Life Span Development and Gerontology. Currently, he serves as the President of the Organizational and Business Consulting Specialty Board of the American Board for Professional Psychology and chair of the Professional and Scientific Affairs Committee of the IPMA Assessment Council (IPMAAC).

 

His areas of specialization include job analysis, testing, and compensation. He has worked as a consultant for a range of clients including state and local governments, the federal government, and major private employers. He is the author of 2 books and over 100 journal publications or articles.
