Meet the Lead Bloggers – Tim Asay

Tim Asay, M.A., spent 25 years in his first career of manufacturing where he experienced firsthand virtually every popular manufacturing intervention in the US from the early 1970’s t’ill the late 90’s (never met an I/O Psychologist though). Toward the end of this career he earned his GED and subsequently left manufacturing to earn a B.S. in Psychology with a minor in Biology from the University of New Orleans. He then pursued and obtained his masters in I/O Psychology from the University of Akron. He is currently in “retirement” with hopes of someday identifying what he wants to do when he grows-up.
