Dave Carducci of the Record Courier touched on some of the position changes going on with the football team this season including quarterback Matthew Hurdle moving to wide receiver.  Also, Sal Battles will move back to his old high school position of quarterback.

Dave also looks at how the Wildcat offense in the NFL may give a boost to Julian Edelman's pro stock.

The Kent State men's basketball team will get a visit from 6-11 Justin Manns this week.  The Owens Community College big man averaged 8.9 points per game, 8.3 rebounds per game to go along with 2.7 blocks per game and already holds a scholarship offer from Central Michigan.
