FOOTBALL
Are you excited about the football team's resurgence? Will you be in attendance on Saturday afternoon to watch this team take on the Western Michigan Broncos, a West Division team that has been to two consecutive bowl games?
Western Michigan will be a bit of a measuring stick for the Golden Flashes on Saturday. Doug Martin calls it "a tremendous task" to try and slow down Tim Hiller and the WMU passing attack.

KSU ATHLETICS NOTES
The Daily Kent Stater chatted with junior middle blocker Celia Sabo.
The soccer team will conclude the regular season on Thursday against Buffalo. The team has clinched a spot in the MAC Tournament and will be playing for seeding.
The KSU field hockey team had a pair of teammates honored as Rachel Miller was named to the Womensfieldhockey.com weekly honor roll while Caroline Suitch was named the MAC Defensive Player of the Week. The Flashes conclude the regular season this weekend by hosting Miami and Ball State.

Thanks for posting the link to the Martin press conference. Since there's no way to comment at the Kent State athletic website, I'll do it here.
To the amateur IDIOT that inserts music into the press conference, STOP f-ing doing it! It's so g-d hard to hear what Martin is saying because the theme song to Cinderella musical is playing in the backround, sometimes drowning out his voice. This is not music class – this is a football press conference. Go make music videos somewhere else.
PLEASE STOP doing this. You've done it on the last 2 press conferences and it's absolutely unbearable.

I agree with you. It has been kind of annoying the past two weeks to try and listen to the words around the music. For someone who isn't able to make it out to these press conferences on Monday, I rely on hearing them on the videos. I know several fans like to listen in as well. With that said, KSU Athletic Communications usually produces pretty good videos, etc. But when it comes to football press conferences, I just want to hear what is being said without the music.
