Mike Hrusch is a 23-year-old Sport Administration student at Kent State University. He plans to graduate in August 2009. During his time at Kent State, he has been very involved with the athletic programs. Mike has been a student manager for the men's basketball program since the 2006-2007 season. Mike is also a writer at the Kent Sports Report, covering all things Kent State. He has also enjoyed working as a production assistant on the book Kent State University Athletics: Images of Sports.

Mike grew up in Rocky River with his parents (Cindy & Michael) and two older sisters (Jennifer & Sarah). He played football and basketball at Rocky River High School.

Mike's fondest memory of his Kent State experience is being on the bench at the 2008 MAC Men's Basketball Championship game when Kent State defeated Akron 74-55.
