He is dominant right now at the high school level, but with better mechanics and more strength, he will get both in college, he could really see a jump in his ability. It has nothing to do with his stats. When compared to Tyler Skulina it is not even close. Skulina, as a sophomore is already a Major league baseball prospect and will get drafted. Starn has a lot of work to do, but could end up there as well. Starn's stock definitely jumped in the state tournament, but that changes little about what I posted before about him.
