Possible replacements for Marc Dann listed

If Marc Dann resigns or the Ohio Legislature removes him before Sept. 25, Gov. Ted Strickland would appoint a replacement to serve until voters pick a new attorney general in the November election. The person elected by voters would fill out the remainder of Dann's four-year term, which ends in January 2011. Full Article.
