Stupid stuff like this is sure to run into the law of unintended consequences. People won't get hired if they will put the company over 25 employees. Companies will logically discriminate against smokers, fatties and others likely to pull that sick crap. Also, lazy people will abuse the system taking all 7 days each year hurting productivity.
