About Kyle Kutuchief

Kyle was born and raised here in Akron, Ohio and graduated from Revere High School. He received his bachelor's degree from The Ohio State University in Political Science. While in college he interned for Congressman Tom Sawyer, served as Senate Page in the Ohio State House and worked as a finance assistant for a targeted congressional campaign in Columbus. The day after his last final, he packed his things and headed for New Jersey where he worked as a Field Coordinator for the New Jersey Democratic Coordinated Campaign. After getting his feet wet working political campaigns, Kyle came back to the city he loves and earned a Masters of Public Administration from the University of Akron. Kyle is currently taking graduate course work in the Bliss Institute of Applied Politics.

In his free time, Kyle enjoys board games of all sorts, photography, running, yard work, and taking road trips. Most of these activities are shared with good friends of all political persuasions. He is also active in local politics here in Akron volunteering for various candidates and causes.

Since starting The Chief Source on July 8, 2004, Kyle beams with pride as he has watched this site grow. His talent for surrounding himself with good people led him to recruit Chuck, Bob, Chandra, and Annie to the site. The team forms like Voltron to make this site your chief source for all things political.
