I am going to pay homage to Dlisted right now – RIP AMC.
Today is the movie theatre's last night/ day in business! I have to say this with a tear in my eye – not because they ever played any good movies BUT because last time I went there (approx. 15 yrs ago) I would see my friends – they worked there. I have 2 max -and it depends on the day – most days it is a lonely cold street here BUT once upon a time – two good friends of mine worked there and OMG!! We shall leave it at that! I was once kicked out of this theatre. Picture it: Silence of the Lambs – I wasn't even the culprit – oh well! First and last time I was ever kicked out of a movie theatre………..
RIP AMC!! (With that said - rumor has it – again – not that I know anything – some hot slut from Chicago is going to taking it over)
