Cleveland Clinic to Expand into Vegas?!.

The Cleveland Clinic is thinking about expanding in Las Vegas.    Cleveland's Crains magazine is reporting, "This Wednesday, Las Vegas City Council will consider entering into an exclusive negotiation agreement with the Clinic that would expire Nov. 29, 2010. Borders Closing Oct 10th at La Place (Beachwood)

Hi all – good news – we have one in Akron!  Crains reports:
In a phone message, Borders spokeswoman Mary Davis said the Ann Arbor, Mich.-based chain also will close two of its Waldenbooks locations in the state, in Beavercreek and Steubenville, but that other Northeast Ohio stores will remain open.

The Cleveland Plain Dealer is reporting;
CLEVELAND — Wells Fargo Bank must put up $1 million if it wants to begin selling deeply discounted homes it owns in Cleveland, a housing judge decided Wednesday.
